America's largest tile manufacturer.
Daltile began in Dallas in 1947 — and seventy-nine years later, we still call it home. One out of every three tiles sold in America is a Dal-Tile product. We design, manufacture, and distribute it ourselves, from a dozen plants across North America to more than 300 company-owned showrooms, design galleries, and slab yards.
From a Dallas plant to a continental network.
Founded as Robert M. Brittingham's Dallas Ceramic Company in 1947, Daltile grew into America's largest ceramic-tile manufacturer. Today we're the flagship US brand inside Mohawk Industries — the world's largest flooring company — with twelve North-American plants, five regional distribution centers, and a network of company-owned Sales Service Centers, Design Studios, and Stone Slab Yards that put product within driving distance of nearly every American jobsite.
A modern commerce platform on Shopware 6.
Our storefront, dealer marketplace, A&D spec workbench, builder portal, sales-rep console, and national-accounts console all run on a unified Shopware 6 commerce backbone integrated with our SAP S/4HANA ERP and our Salesforce CRM. Customers see accurate regional and contract pricing on every page. Dealers run their own co-branded storefronts on our catalog and our fulfillment. Architects calculate LEED contribution in real time. Reps build custom catalogs in minutes. AI assistants ride on top.
Made to last, made to be measured.
Every Daltile product made in North America carries Green Squared certification. Many collections include post-consumer recycled content; our manufacturing reuses 84% of process water in closed-loop systems. Sustainability isn't a brochure claim — it's documented in EPDs and HPDs on every product page, and it counts toward LEED v4.1 credits in real time on our A&D workbench.
